Kit Panels - A Description
Somundy “Kit Panels” can be used for both exterior and interior walls, as well as floors and roofs. These panels are composed of Light Steel Studs in the shape of “C” spaced vertically either 40cm or 60cm on center, affixed to Light Steel Channels in the shape of a “U” on top on the bottom by Self Tapping Screws. By combining these “Kit Panels” you can quickly build a home or other building that is light weight and extremely resistant. Ready to accept any type of exterior cladding you would use with traditional construction, such as siding, stucco, EIFS, brick and stone.
Rough openings for doors and windows can be incorporated into the design during the framing process, thus all aspects of the projects can be accommodated with our “Kit Panels”.
